Едвард Куртис ( Edward S. Curtis, 16.2.1868 – 19.10.1952) је амерички фотограф познат по серији фотографија Дивљег запада и Индијанаца.
Куртис је 1906. добио понуду од Ј.П. Моргана да за 75.000 $ фотографише живот северноамеричких Индијанаца. То је био покушај да се документује свет који нестаје, јер су Индијанци у том тренутку били изложени прогону са својих територија и губитку основних права. Куртис је снимио преко 40.000 фотографија 80 племена. Записивао је племенске обичаје и историју, начин исхране, становања, одевања, разоноду, церемоније... Забележио је и индијанске језике и музику.
